This space is about real connection, embodied healing, and grounded feminine living. After moving through my own spiritual awakening, watching my entire life fall apart and be rebuilt from truth - I re-learned everything about love, relationships, and what it truly means to live as a woman connected to God.
From that place, SheConnect was born — a sacred home for integration,
where your softness becomes strength, your honesty becomes medicine,
and your faith becomes your greatest power.

Before SheConnect my work with women started 2020 — guiding them through body awareness, strength, and self-trust as a Personal Trainer and holistic coach. Even then, healing was never just about the body; it was about coming home to oneself. My name is Jana
I used to be a personal trainer — from 2019 to 2024, I guided many women through deep transformation — physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
During my own healing journey, I released this old identity and opened up to my soul calling: the retreats I now hold together with my husband through LightConnect Healing Journeys.
I created SheConnect as a sacred space for women to integrate, soften, and live from truth.
